Team and leadership
Adam Zhang, the founder of CZ Homes, has been in the construction industry for over 10 years in New Zealand. He started as a carpenter and gained extensive experience throughout vast numbers of residential construction projects. He prides himself on his breadth of knowledge in structures, compliance and detailing. As a wonderful father of two kids and a loving husband, Adam holds a strong belief that the quality of a house for a family shall never be compromised.
QS team
Our in-house quantity surveyors with a degree in Quantity Surveying have grown their skills through on-site QS apprentices to project estimation and quantity surveying. This provides them with a practical background and hands-on experience in their journeys to oversee the whole estimating process, from evaluating material to subcontractor pricing. Their role requires a high level of interaction with the site team and effective communication with the sub-contractors and their dedication to top-notch customer service drives the team to deliver the outcomes clients want.
Site Manager Team
Our site managers’ day-to-day focus is site management including working with and supervising sub-contractors, maintaining health and safety, reviewing progress and liaising with QS to oversee the cost. This requires them to be able to think outside the norm and see the big picture. They are also responsible for setting ongoing tasks and targets for site team members. With a strong experience in all facets of site management, they play significant roles in bringing all projects across the line.

With our self-owned LBP builders, their building work ensures the structural integrity of a house. Our carpenter team takes great pride in their high quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
